Pine Tree Munnar Hotel

I had a great stay at this hotel and it was such a relief from the busy city life. The cozy rooms were perfect for a comfortable stay and the view from the restaurant area on the top of the hotel was stunning. The hotel is located in a greenary area, away from the city, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were really nice and attentive, making sure that everything was taken care of. I also loved the attention to detail, from the basic amenities provided in the rooms to the comfortable mattresses that ensured a good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the stunning views from our room and the tasty breakfast each morning. the location was convenient for exploring the local attractions, with easy access to the charming Devikulam area.

We were disappointed by the lack of amenities and facilities provided. the room was basic and could have been cleaner, with no heating options, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable.

The spacious and comfortable rooms were definitely a plus point during our Easter stay. It was great to have enough space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. the courteous staff made the experience even better. Their friendly and helpful attitude added a nice touch to our stay. the hotel's key location near Munnar town was convenient, as it only took us a short five-minute drive to get there.

There were a few downsides to our Easter stay. It meant that if we didn't want to eat at the hotel, we had limited options for dining out.
